Recently, we launched our brand new range of picNIC DIY e-liquids. The easy-mix range includes 29 flavour concentrates as well as 4 base liquid blends available in a selection of starter kits and bundles.
picNIC has been met with a very positive response since its debut. We've already heard from customers who have created some weird and wonderful e-liquid flavour combinations.
Over the past fortnight, we have officially launched the range in our retail shops in Edinburgh and Leeds. At both events, attendees have been able to take part in a hands-on product demonstration and flavour sampling. We even laid on some nibbles and drinks!
Kicking things off, our Retail Director, Rob Patrick, provided a brief introduction into what the picNIC range includes, as well as an insight into why we decided to develop our own DIY e-liquids.
picNIC came about in response to feedback from customers seeking more flavour choices, as well as a greater range of PG/VG blend ratios. Owing to the large number of flavours we wanted to bring to the range, offering these as flavour concentrates as part of a range of easy-mix DIY e-liquids means that we have been able to meet our customer's expectations while maintaining our high quality standards.
Next up, our resident mixologist, Bryn, took to the stage to discuss the appeal of DIY e-liquids and what's actually involved. Bryn took the audience through the steps involved in using the picNIC, before inviting everyone to have a go themselves.
picNIC was designed to help simplify DIY e-liquids. For new users, DIY has traditionally involved a significant jump in technical knowledge. With our easy-mix ingredients, it's never been easier to get started with mixing your own unique flavours.
To mix a 10ml bottle of e-liquid:
- Add 8ml of your chosen base liquid to the syringe supplied with your starter kit.
- Add 2ml of flavour concentrate.
- Squeeze syringe into an empty 10ml bottle.
- Add nozzle and cap.
- Shake and your e-liquid is ready to vape.
It's as simple as that.
All of our guests were invited to have a go at crafting their own e-liquids and found just how easy it can be. At the end of the evening, everyone was encouraged to take their e-liquid mixes away with them.
