Please note, due to the ongoing Covid-19 outbreak, Royal Mail are advising customers to be prepared for instances of disruption and delay in the network. While we are operating as normal and aim to ship your order as quickly as possible, we unfortunately have no control over localised postal delays and therefore advise customers to order in plenty of time to allow for such delays in service.
Deliveries may arrive later than advised on the site, and outwith the usual delivery timescales. Unfortunately, we will not be able to reimburse postage costs in such instances during this period, and the normal timescales that dictate when Royal Mail will consider a parcel as lost are suspended due to significant disruption at Customs in various territories around the world. We have heard reports from customers facing delays in Canada, Israel and Australia in particular. We hope our customers understand that these are unprecedented times, and while we and Royal Mail aim to meet regular timescales they can’t be guaranteed.

Please note, orders placed after 1pm on Friday will ship on the following Monday. We aim to ship everything ordered before 1pm on the same day, however this is not always guaranteed, particularly during busier periods.
Orders over £40 in value (once all discounts have been applied) for delivery within the UK are eligible for free shipping. The order will be packed within 24hrs and ship for delivery within 2 - 3 working days. A tracking number will be emailed to you in your shipping confirmation email.
If ordering on a Friday, orders shipped using this service will normally arrive by Tuesday of the following week, but may arrive Saturday or Monday. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will ship the following Monday.
Rapid Tracked (1 to 2 working days)
Tracking numbers for our Rapid Tracked service will be emailed to you in your shipping confirmation email. The order will be packed within 24hrs and ship for delivery the following working day, guaranteed to arrive within 2 working days of dispatch. In most cases orders placed before 1pm will ship the same day and arrive the next day. If it is a particularly urgent delivery, please contact our customer support department after making the order and we'll make sure it is shipped the same day (if we are notified before 1pm).
If ordering on a Friday, orders shipped using this service are guaranteed to arrive by Tuesday of the following week, but will normally arrive Saturday or Monday (this isn’t guaranteed though) and orders placed after 1pm on Friday will ship the following Monday.
Royal Mail 48 Confirmed Delivery (2 to 3 working days)
Tracking numbers for our Royal Mail 48 service will be emailed to you in your shipping confirmation email. In most cases orders arrive within 2 working days from dispatch. Occasionally, there may be delays outside of our control, and we will consider a package lost when 7 working days have passed (when using this tracked service). If you need your order urgently, please use our Rapid Tracked option which is guaranteed to arrive within 2 working days from purchase (this may not be available at certain times of the year, such as Christmas).
Royal Mail 1st Class (1-2 working days, Non-tracked)
A cheaper, non-tracked service which is available on smaller orders. Delivery will usually take between 1-2 working days.
Royal Mail 2nd Class (2-3 working days, Non-tracked)
A cheaper, non-tracked service which is available on smaller orders. Delivery will usually take between 2-3 working days.
Definition of Working Days
Please note that working days are considered as Monday – Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. As JAC Vapour is based in Scotland, we can be subject to different Bank Holidays to the rest of the UK and this may affect dispatch times.
Periodically, postage rates may change as a result of carriers (i.e. Royal Mail) increasing their prices.
- Authorised - We've received your order and it will be processed shortly.
- Packing - Your order is currently being picked and processed.
- Complete - Your order has been completed and is ready for dispatch.
- On Hold - You have placed a pre-order for an item which isn't currently available, or there may be a problem with your order (we'll be in touch if that's the case).
Late Deliveries and Loss
We endeavour to ship all orders as quickly as possible, but once a parcel is handed over to Royal Mail, delays in transit are outwith our control. On average, the vast majority of parcels will arrive within the estimated timescale, but problems within the postal network can occur occasionally.
Should your parcel not arrive within the expected timeframe, please double-check the tracking information you have been sent along with your dispatch notification, as it's often the case that delivery has been attempted but has not gone ahead successfully.
Failing that, get in touch and we'll be happy to help track things down.
Please note, where a parcel cannot be located, Royal Mail set out how long we must wait before we are able to claim it as lost. We will be unable to take any further action until this period has elapsed.
Due to the ongoing Covid-19 outbreak, international shipping into many territories may be impacted. We encourage all customers to check on the current status of imports and shipments into their country prior to placing an order. While we endeavour as always to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, we have no control over any shipping delays caused by the current global health crisis.
Most international orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Where possible, orders are shipped via their International Tracked and Signed service, though this may vary based on your location.
Please note, due to international aviation rules, loose lithium-ion batteries (18650 batteries etc), can only be shipped via specialist couriers.

Unfortunately we’re unable to ship orders to freight/packing stations or PO boxes. Deliveries will require a signature and parcels can’t be shipped to an address where no signature can be supplied.
Orders over £75 in value (once all discounts or gold points have been applied) for delivery within the EU are eligible for free shipping.
Orders over £120 in value (once all discounts or gold points have been applied) for delivery within the USA are eligible for free shipping.
Orders over £150 in value (once all discounts or gold points have been applied) for delivery to the rest of the world are eligible for free shipping.
We are not responsible for any delivery delay by the destination country's Customs or border controls. Most deliveries to European countries take 3-5 to days, but can take 10-15 days depending on your country’s postal service. An item will not be considered lost until 30 working days after dispatch.
Some countries don’t allow the sale of e-cigarettes or the import of e-cigarettes containing nicotine. If you’re ordering from one of these countries please check you are aware of the local regulations, as your shipment could be confiscated by Customs if they don’t allow the import of some of the products you’ve ordered.
