Christmas Delivery

Please be aware that there may be some delivery delays with Royal Mail due to the high demand during the run up to Christmas. Please ensure you order your favourite vape supplies with plenty of time for Christmas delivery to avoid disappointment.

For most 2nd Class deliveries, the final posting date to ensure Christmas delivery is Monday 18th December, this includes;

• Royal Mail 2nd Class
• Royal Mail Tracked 48 .

For 1st Class deliveries, the final posting date for Christmas is Wednesday 20th December, this includes;

• Royal Mail 1st Class
• Royal Mail Tracked 24

UK Delivery

Please be aware that there may be some delivery delays with Royal Mail due to the high demand during the Black Friday week and also on the run up to Christmas.

  • Free Shipping for UK orders over £40. Using Tracked 48 Service.
  • Orders placed before 14:00 typically ship the same day; exceptions during busy periods.
  • Tracking numbers are provided in your confirmation email.
  • For urgent shipments, contact customer support post-order.
  • Business Days: Monday - Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
  • Rates may change periodically based on carrier fees.

UPS Delivery Information:

  • Download the UPS Tracking app.
  • Orders before 14:00 on Fridays should arrive early the following week.
  • *Express Saver delivers the next day if ordered before 14:00. (excluding weekends and busy periods). Next Day Delivery is not guaranteed.

Our Order Statuses:

Once you have made an order with us here at JAC Vapour, your order will fall into one of the following statuses. This will help you understand when you should expect your delivery. You can find the status of your order in the "My Account" section.

  • Awaiting Fulfilment: Order received.
  • Shipped: Order has been dispatched
  • Refunded: Order has been refunded
  • Partial Refunded: Order had been partially refunded
  • Cancelled: Order has been cancelled

Late Deliveries & Loss:

If you have an order that is taking longer than expected, these please follow these steps. Please be aware that JAC Vapour is not responsible for any postal network delays.

  • Ensure address accuracy on order confirmation.
  • Check tracking information for attempted deliveries on tracked services.
  • Contact us for missing parcels; Royal Mail requires 10 working days post-expected delivery for loss claims.

International Delivery

International Shipping Notes:

  • Shipments are primarily through Royal Mail, with service type based on location.
  • Lithium-ion batteries require specialist couriers due to aviation rules.
  • Ensure accuracy of the shipping address; JAC Vapour isn't responsible for mistakes.
  • No shipments to freight stations, PO boxes, or locations where signatures can't be obtained.
  • Returned Packages: If returned, refunds (minus postage) will be processed in 1-3 business days.
  • Import Duties: Orders exclude VAT. We don't cover import duties or customs taxes. Customers should research their region's import rules.

Returned International Packages

If an international order is returned to us, our customer service team will contact you as soon as possible to process a refund for your order, minus any postage costs. Refunds take around 1-3 business days to show in your account.

JAC Vapour do not take any responsibility for incorrect addresses supplied by customers. Please check the address on your order confirmation and, if it’s incorrect, contact our customer service team as soon as possible so that we can get it corrected before your order ships.
