Our Story
From Personal Need to UK Standard
Vaping is a disruptive technology, but for us, it was a personal one. JAC Vapour was founded in Edinburgh by smokers who were tired of the "off-the-shelf" quality and unreliable hardware that flooded the early market. We knew that for someone to successfully quit tobacco, they didn’t just need a device; they needed a tool they could trust.
JAC Vapour has grown significantly since our family first started this journey in 2010 with the launch of our online vape store. But our independence remains our greatest asset. Being family-run means we answer only to our customers. Now based in St Andrews, we continue to combine UK-wide reach with the dedicated, one-to-one focus of a specialist house, ensuring that the individual vaper always comes first.
