We stand by our products and hope you'll love them as much as we do. However, if you're unsatisfied for any reason, you have 14 days from purchase to return unopened, unused items for a full refund.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened e-liquids, pods, coils, or used tanks.
My device has developed a fault under warranty
Our devices are covered for manufacturing faults under normal use.

My item arrived faulty (Dead on Arrival)
If your item is faulty out of the box (aka Dead on Arrival), please notify us within 48 hours. Although quite rare, these things can happen from time to time. Simply get in touch with our team who will replace these immediately once the fault is confirmed.
My item developed a fault outside of the warranty period
- Even if your item develops a fault outside of its warranty period, there's no need to panic. Get in touch with our customer services team who will provide troubleshooting steps which more than often will get everything working for you again.

How to return an item
We’ve made the process as simple as possible. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
- Get in touch: Contact our Support team
- Returns Form: We’ll send you a link to a Returns Form.
- Return (postage on us): Once the form is completed, you’ll receive simple instructions to send your item back to us for free via the Royal Mail 48 service.
- Refund/Replacement: We aim to process your return within 5 working days of receipt.
Important Terms
- Proof of Postage: Always keep your receipt from the Post Office. You are responsible for the item until it reaches us.
- Warranty Exclusions: Coverage does not include accidental damage (drops/water), wear and tear, or faults caused by using non-JAC Vapour chargers or liquids.
- Return Address: Returns must only be sent back to JAC Vapour, Unit 1B, Tom Stewart Lane, St Andrews, KY16 8YB.
