JAC Vapour are the only vape company to design all of our own products, in-house, right here in the UK and we recently decided to rebrand to help better reflect our company ethos.
As one of the leading vape brands globally, JAC Vapour lead the way in product design and innovation, striving to produce the very best possible experience from vaping hardware and e-juice. So, at the grand old age of 7, we thought it was high time to spruce ourselves up a bit.
As part of this wider project, Firefly Design Agency were commissioned to redesign the front-end experience of our website. As the very first thing most users will encounter once they discover JAC, our website has an important part to play not only in getting customers to the products they want, but also in communicating the importance we place on the quality, performance and reliability of everything that makes JAC who we are.
The new design needed to convey more clearly what we do, as well as offering users more information about their products and the range of services we provide in a clear, and easily understood fashion. Most importantly, however, it needed to help guide them to where they need to go with a minimum of fuss.
The structure, design and hierarchy of across the site was pulled apart, analysed and reworked in order to streamline the user experience. We also paid special attention to the primary navigation menu, putting in a lot of work to present all of our products in a simple, logical way so that you can spend less time hunting, and more time on other things.
And with more and more users accessing our website via mobile, it was essential that we also take the time to ensure that the new design was responsive across all devices - mobile, tablet and desktop. We hope you enjoy using it!
