Introducing the new JAC Vapour Help Portal

Published by Sarah Dyer on 2nd Aug 2017

We're dropping knowledge.

Have you just bought a new vape kit and need some help setting it up?

Maybe you’re not getting the vapour and flavour that you’re used to?

What if you want to know a little more about what goes into your e-liquid?

Whatever your burning vape-related question, you’ll find the answers on the brand new JAC Vapour Help Portal.

This portal has a whole host of informational and troubleshooting articles for all our products, from our V3i cigalikes to our SERIES-B DNA 75W box mod. It also features a large section on e-juice, as well as mixing guides and recipe ideas for our picNIC range.

Not only that, but we’ve also included all our easy-to-follow video guides as well.

The Help Portal is designed to be your one-stop shop for any vape information you’ll need. For example, if you’re a newcomer who’s just picked up our SERIES-S kit, simply head on over to the portal, and click on the SERIES-S section. There, you’ll find an article that will talk you through setting it up, and one to show you how to use the features. Later, you can head back to the portal to find out how to change the coil, how to maintain the kit, and some troubleshooting tips if you run into any issues.

Not using a full kit? We also have separate help sections for our batteries and our tanks, so if your JAC 510 battery isn’t firing properly, or if your S22 clearomiser is leaking, you know where to go.

What’s more, we’ll be updating the JAC Vapour Help Portal whenever a new device hits our digital shelves, and we more than welcome all feedback on how to improve any of the existing articles. Or, if you feel that there’s something missing, just let us know and we’ll get it added as quickly as we can.

But what about our excellent Customer Service team, I hear you ask? Don’t worry, they’re not going anywhere. If you’ve got a question about your latest order, need some advice on choosing a vape starter kit or some new e-juice, or have an issue that needs some further help after you’ve visited the Help Portal, they’ll be ready and waiting to do everything they can to help. Just get in touch via phone, email or our livechat feature.
