Here at JAC Vapour we place the greatest importance on excellent customer service. We know that a business can only ever succeed if customers can be confident that not only will they receive a product of the highest quality, but that they will also be able to access professional and friendly support at all times.

In order to achieve this, our customer service team are on hand to help six days a week (Mon-Sat) during office hours. While we don't offer support via telephone, we do work hard to ensure that emails are responded to as quickly as possible (within two hours in most cases). We operate our customer service and support via email as we've found over the years that this offers us the best means of providing pictures, tutorials and videos to help troubleshoot most issues.

As part of our commitment to great customer service, we also offer a quibble free money back guarantee. Should you find a product is not to your liking (it happens), simply return it to us within 14 days of receipt and you'll receive a full refund.

We also offer warranties on our hardware (batteries and chargers, for example), that protect against manufacturing faults which may not appear immediately. While nothing lasts forever, we do have certain expectations of the products we sell, and our friendly staff are always on hand to help resolve problems if they develop.

Should you ever run into a problem and need our assistance, simply drop us a message and a member of the team will be back in touch as quickly as possible. We have a variety of troubleshooting tips and techniques which will get you vaping again in no time. If a problem appears which requires the return of your product, we will endeavour to repair or replace your product as fast as we can (normally within a few days).
