Choose High Quality

When it comes to purchasing and working with electronic products, the importance of seeking out high quality goods cannot be understated. With the e-cig industry growing at such a rapid rate, it's essential that vapers take the time to carry out a little research to ensure that the device they choose is of the highest quality.

Any electronic item requires a certain level of user knowledge in order to obtain optimal performance from it. Some devices require a greater depth of knowledge than others, but it's incredibly important that you always refer to the instructions provided in the first instance. We all know that instructions are boring, but 9 times out of 10, the answers to all but the most unusual teething problems can be found there.

We also provide a series of video guides on our YouTube channel to supplement the instruction manuals supplied with our products which cover the basic on how to use and maintain your kit.

Buying quality e-cig products is also the best way of ensuring the device you use is safe. There have been a number of articles in the press recently concerning e-cig horror stories, most of which are entirely false, or based on very shaky scientific data. That doesn't mean, however, that you should put your health at risk by using products which have not been properly certified.

E-cigs are already covered by consumer goods and trading standard legislation within the EU, which demands that all products sold hold the relevant CE and RoHS certification. We abide by these rules, and will never jeopardise the safety of our customers by selling products which do conform to the standards set out in such legislation. This includes CHIP compliant labelling in the case of our e-liquids.

With the explosion of the industry over the past couple of years, it's doubly important to look at a company's credentials. With the growth in the number of competing vendors, there has been a corresponding increase in the number of cloned products, many of which lack the vital CE and ROHS certification standards. Remember, if it seems too good to be true, it probably is.

To that end, our best advice is to only ever shop with reputable e-cigarette companies. We invest a lot of money each year to ensure that we meet the quality and safety standards which consumers demand. We see this as an incredibly valuable investment, and hope that our customers feel the same way.
