Statement Regarding Chemicals Found In E-liquids

Published by Matt Brown on 2nd Jul 2015

In light of some recent events concerning undesirable chemicals being found in some e-liquids (mainly from the US), we thought it prudent to make a statement confirming the status of our e-liquids.

None of the e-liquids manufactured or sold by JAC Vapour contain Diacetyl or Acetyl Propionyl.

At JAC Vapour, as part of the production process, all e-liquids are tested on their contents and consistency, though we have also always taken it upon ourselves to conduct our own independent testing and not rely solely on manufacturing results. Every batch of every e-liquid we sell is tested in independent labs to confirm its full contents and percentages in order to make sure quality and consistency is maintained. These tests are conducted at our expense in a UKAS accredited laboratory.

All of our e-liquids are manufactured using pharmaceutical grade ingredients, and all packing is fully CLP compliant. We are also bound by Weights and Measurements legislation, which requires that that the bottles we sell contain the correct volume as stated on the label.

We have always taken our responsibility to offering safe, reliable products to our customers very seriously. We understand that without the trust that comes from this, we could not survive as a business, but more than that, we recognise we have a duty to ensure that our customers are using products held to the highest quality and safety standards.
