All Puff Box devices come with a 2-month warranty from time of purchase. THREE MAX Refills are covered by our Dead-On-Arrival (DOA) policy, meaning if the Refill doesn't work at time of delivery, we will send a replacement.
The Puff Box kit or Puff pods can be returned within 14 days under our ‘no quibble’ guarantee, only if the kit or pods packaging are returned unopened.
