So you've either been using your rechargeable disposable vape for a while now or you've just picked one up and you're wanting to know how to dispose of the Puff Box Refills correctly. There are a couple of ways to ensure that the Puff Box Refills are disposed of and recycled properly, further reducing your impact on the environment and reducing waste going the landfill.
Send them back to us
Once you have collected a good amount of Puff Box Refills, you can send them back to us and we will dismantle and clean the pods ready for recycling.
50 Puff Box Refills
If you have 50 Puff Box Refills you can return them to us free of charge for them to be properly recycled. Please contact our Customer Service team who will provide you with a link to a returns slip.
All you would have to do is fill in the form and it will provide you with a QR code, which you can use at the post office to return your refills. This is on a Royal Mail tracked 48-hour service.
Less Than 50 Puff Box Refills
If you wish to return fewer than 50, you can still send these to us to be recycled, however they will have to be shipped back to us at your own cost.
Important Information
Please do not return any product without contacting us first, this is to make sure we are aware of your refills coming to our warehouse.

How To Recycle Other Disposable Vapes
If you're looking to responsible dispose of a disposable vape that isn't from JAC Vapour, how you do so will depend on which brand the vape belongs to. If you are using a pod based system, you should be able to dispose of your battery module at your local WEEE Recycle Point or your local recycling point.
