Kids notice more than you'd think
If there are children about, it's worth being a bit more switched-on than usual. Not because vaping in front of family is some big taboo — plenty of people vape openly around relatives who vape too — but because to a young kid, anything an adult does looks normal, maybe even a bit cool. You don't need to disappear to the shed. Just don't make a show of it.
It's easy to relax a bit too much as the night goes on
