UK DELIVERY

JAC Vapour do not take any responsibility for incorrect addresses supplied by customers.

Please note, orders placed after 1pm on Friday will ship on the following Monday. We try to ship everything ordered before 1pm on the same day, however this is not always guaranteed, particularly during busier periods.

Orders over £50 in value (once all discounts or gold points have been applied) for delivery within the UK are eligible for free shipping. These are normally shipped on a 72hrs service and are packed within 24hrs, so please allow 4 working days for this service, however it is normally quicker. If delivery is required urgently please upgrade to one of the tracked services

 

Popular Tracked (2 to 4 working days - usually 48 hours)

Proof of postage or tracking numbers can be supplied on request by contacting our customer support team. In most cases orders arrive within 3 working days from purchase. Occasionally, there may be delays out with our control and a package will not be considered lost until 7 working days have passed (when using this tracked service). If delivery is urgent, please use the rapid option which is guaranteed to arrive within 2 working days from purchase (this may not be available at certain times of the year, such as Christmas).

 

Rapid Tracked (1 to 2 working days - usually 24 hours if ordered before 1pm)

Proof of postage or a tracking number can be supplied on request by contacting our customer support team. The order will be packed within 24hrs and ship for delivery the following working day. and is guaranteed to arrive within 2 working days of ordering. In most cases orders placed before 1pm will ship the same day and arrive the next day. Occasionally, however, orders may not be shipped until the following day, for delivery the next again working day.

If ordering on a Friday, orders shipped using this service are guaranteed to arrive by Tuesday of the the following week, but will normally arrive Saturday or Monday (this is not guaranteed though). If it is a particularly urgent delivery, please contact our customer support department after making the order and we'll make sure it goes on same day shipping (if we are notified before 1pm).

Please note orders placed after 1pm on Friday will ship the following Monday.

 

Standard NonTracked (3-5 Working Days)

This service is a cheap alternative to tracked and is available on small orders. In most cases orders arrive within 3 working days from purchase. Occasionally, there may be delays out with our control and a package will not be considered lost until 14 working days have passed. If delivery is urgent, please use one of the other tracked options.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Please note: We are unable to ship orders to freight/packing stations or PO boxes. Deliveries will require a signature and parcels cannot be shipped to an address where no signature can be supplied.

Orders over €80 in value (once all discounts or gold points have been applied) for delivery within the EU are eligible for free shipping.

Orders over $150 in value (once all discounts or gold points have been applied) for delivery within the USA are eligible for free shipping.

Orders over £80 in value (once all discounts or gold points have been applied) for delivery to the rest of the world are eligible for free shipping.

All international deliveries are posted via Royal Mail Airmail (EU 5-10 working days and US 7-15 working days). The minimum delivery charge is £5.80 (0 - 700 grams). All international deliveries must be signed for upon delivery and a tracking code can be provided. We are not responsible for any delivery delay by the destination country's Customs or border controls. Most deliveries to European countries take 3-5 to days, but can take 10-15 days depending on the countries postal service. An item will not be considered lost until 15 working days after dispatch.

Once a package has left the UK and been handed to the destination country's national post we can no longer track it. Depending on the country's postal service you are normally able to track it in the destination using that country's national post tracking service. If your package is showing as having been handed to your national post, then you need to contact them directly if you require further information.

Some countries do not allow the sale of e-cigarettes or the import of e-cigarettes containing nicotine. If ordering from one of these countries please check you are aware of the local regulations, as your shipment could be confiscated by Customs if they do not allow the import of some of the products you may have ordered.

 

VAT on UK and EU orders

All UK and EU orders are subject to UK VAT and the price listed includes VAT. Some countries do not allow the sale of e-cigarettes or the import of e-cigarettes containing nicotine. If ordering from one of these countries please check you are aware of the local regulations, as your shipment could be confiscated by Customs if they do not allow the import of some of the products you may have ordered.

 

VAT on orders shipped outside the UK

If your delivery is being shipped to a destination outside of the EU our online shop will show prices exempt of VAT. The shop will do this as soon as you select a delivery destination outside the scope of VAT.

 

Channel Islands and VAT

Customers ordering from the Channel Islands are exempt from VAT. Please be sure to select your country as the relevant Isle (Jersey, Guernsey, etc.) and not the UK. The shop will automatically remove VAT from the listed prices. If you place an order and list the UK as your country, the shop will charge you VAT and a refund cannot be claimed after the order is placed.

 

VAT Refunds for Orders Sent to BFPO Addresses

In certain circumstances JAC Vapour can refund VAT on items sold and sent to certain BFPO addresses.

BFPO Addresses Based Within the EU - Before we can issue a VAT refund for an order dispatched to a BFPO address that is within the EU, UK VAT legislation requires us to obtain a "certificate of entitlement" confirming that the items have been dispatched to, and received by a qualifying body or person as set out in paragraph 14.2 of HM Revenue and Customs Notice 725 dated December 2009.

JAC Vapour will accept a copy of the order receipt that was dispatched with the item(s), signed and stamped by the head or acting head of the embassy, high commission, consulate, visiting force contingent or international organisation, with evidence of the official status of the signatory.

For goods that are dispatched to BFPO customers in Cyprus, JAC Vapour requires a certificate (in Cyprus called “Form V6A”) from the person placing the order uniquely identifying the supply for which relief is claimed and claiming entitlement as follows:

For British forces in Cyprus - Under Article 151(1)(e) Council Directive 2006/112 EC.

JAC Vapour requires this certificate in accordance with Section 14 of HM Revenue and Customs Notice 725 dated December 2009. If this certificate is not supplied, JAC Vapour cannot make a refund.

You should be able to obtain these certificates from your Unit Tax Office.
