We take customer service very seriously at JAC Vapour and pride ourselves on quick and knowledgeable responses. We are here, during normal working hours, 9am-5.30pm Mon-Sat, and we aim to respond within a couple of hours (if not sooner).
Why don't we have a phone number? We prefer to handle our customer service via email. It's not that we don't like to chat but we found, through experience, over the past 5 years, that we can troubleshoot and offer solutions with more speed and efficiency in writing - whether it's product or human error.
