Why Your Loyalty Matters to Us

In an industry as diverse and fast-paced as ours, customers are faced with a huge choice of companies with whom to spend their hard-earned cash. We know this, and recognise it for what is: an opportunity to show what makes us stand out from the crowd.

When we first started out, our customer base was fairly small (primarily our MD's family and friends!) Over the past 6 years or so, however, they've been joined by thousands of others, and if we've learned one thing in that time, it's that our customers are the very heart of JAC Vapour.

That may sound like schmaltz, but it's really true. From a pure business standpoint, without your support, we couldn't have grown to the size we have, but it goes much deeper than that.

Some of you reading will have been with us since the very beginning, some of you may be reading this while considering your first purchase. No matter where you are on your vaping journey, however, the importance of loyalty (and being rewarded for that loyalty) never goes away.

For years now, we've been developing our own products in-house, and the only way that works is by listening to customer feedback. We take the time to listen to your suggestions and requests, and where it's possible to do so, we work them into our design process.

It's that feedback which helped us to create the SERIES-B, and it was largely thanks to customer requests for more e-liquid flavours that the picNIC range came about at all.

Loyalty, Rewarded

That's why we love to see our customers stick around - you know where we've come from, which helps to inform where we're going.

Which is why we like to reward customer loyalty. We've been offering rewards in the form of gold points for a long time, enabling you to claim money off when shopping with us, and just recently, we've taken that a step further and introduced the JAC Pack. This brand new loyalty system means that we can offer more tailored rewards to our customers, as well as exclusive discounts and access to the newest products first.

This also means that we've got a bit more space to grow into, so look out for new rewards making their way to you in the near future.
