Puff Box Refills are covered by our Dead-On-Arrival (DOA) policy, meaning if the Refill doesn't work at time of delivery, we will send a replacement. The Puff Box kit or Puff pods can be returned within 14 days under our ‘no quibble’ guarantee, only if the kit or pods packaging are returned unopened. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept any returns of opened kits or pods under this offer. If a device has failed please refer to the warranty above.
