Stoptober, for those not already in the know, is an annual campaign to encourage smokers to quit tobacco. Running throughout October, it's been a big success as a focal point on the calendar for smoking cessation campaign groups to co-ordinate around.
In the first of our series of JAC Talk interviews, we've caught up with our Customer Service Manager, Jane Allan, to pick her brain a little about the kinds of things which crop up when speaking to new vapers.
