Not all warranties are the same - get what you pay for, and rest assured that should you run into problems with your device, JAC will have your back.
Here at JAC Vapour, we understand the importance of trust. Whether it's the trust in a product's quality, or in the company itself, we're determined to go the extra mile in putting you at ease when you shop with us.
That's why we are committed to offering outstanding customer service, which extends to the warranties we place on each of our products.
As we sell primarily online, we're already required like any other company to abide by the terms of the distance selling regulations - but we go much further than that.
All of our hardware comes with a MINIMUM warranty period of 42 days, and our own products which have been developed in-house come with at least a 6 month warranty. Our flagship SERIES-B comes with a full 12 month warranty, meaning that even if you purchased one for Christmas last year, you're still covered today.

- V3i batteries – 42 days
- Vgo2 / JAC 510 batteries – 60 days
- SERIES-S / SERIES-E batteries - 6 months
- USB chargers / Portable Charging Case (PCC) – 4 months
- SERIES-B Tilt - 12 months
- IMR High Drain batteries - 4 months
And how can we do this? Well, we have spent a great deal of time sourcing only products of the highest quality, dealing with manufacturers who are known for producing reliable products. We have confidence in the hardware we sell, and want our customers to share in that confidence.
When it comes to the products we've designed in-house (our SERIES-S, SERIES-E and SERIES-B ranges), we've been involved in every step of the manufacturing process, from sourcing PCBs and lithium-ion cells, to the number of screws they contain. Because of that, we are in a unique position to put our full weight behind our warranties.
So, you know you're covered, but what are you covered for?
All of our warranties guarantee the products we sell against manufacturing defects or problems which occur through normal operating conditions. So if your new battery gives up the ghost after a month, or your SERIES-B starts acting up, we'll guarantee to resolve the issue, repair the unit or issue a replacement.
That's not forgetting our 14 day no quibble returns policy. If you simply don't like what you've purchased, send it back to us within 14 days and we'll issue you with a refund. Simple.
